Asian high / low
Tokyo and Sydney usually build a narrow range. Its high and low become the first reference levels of the day.
London high / low
London brings the largest gold volume. Price often pushes through one edge of the Asian range and sets the daily direction.
New York high / low
US data lands here. The London/New York overlap is the deepest liquidity window and frequently revisits earlier session extremes.
