Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, and basic technical information that any website receives when a page is requested.

• Information you submit: name, email address, and message content in our contact and resource request forms.
• Member account information when you join our free community: full name, email address, phone number, and country. This is visible only to you and to Foundation administrators, is used to run and support the community, and is never sold or shared with brokers or advertisers.
• Learning activity if you use a learner account, such as lessons completed, saved lessons, quiz scores, and your chosen experience level.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and referring page.

How we use information

We use information only for purposes directly connected to our educational mission.

• Responding to enquiries you send us
• Sending educational material you requested
• Operating and moderating the learning community
• Understanding which educational material is useful, in aggregate

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
• We do not share your information with brokers, trading platforms, or financial product providers.
• We do not use your information to make or support financial recommendations.

Analytics and measurement

We use Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement (all provided by Google LLC), to understand which educational pages are used and how visitors find us through our public-service ads. This shares page visits, device/browser details, approximate location and actions such as finishing a lesson, passing a quiz, downloading a guide, joining or sending a contact message. We do not send your name, email or phone to Google, and we do not use it for ad personalization. Visitors in regions that require consent (such as the EU, UK, Switzerland and Brazil) are not measured unless they click Accept; we store that choice, its date and the notice version in your browser. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page. This document is reviewed periodically. Where organizational details such as a registered address are required, they will be added once the Foundation confirms them.
